People Committee

This group covers the broadest range of topics -- everything from the fun stuff like planning happy hours and social events to more serious responsibilities like giving voice to employees' concerns about policies or business practices.

Corporate Social Responsibility

The CSR Committee determines the charities and other causes eLocal will support through volunteer initiatives and fundraising activities. This group also is responsible for planning and leading the execution of those activities and for the communications to drive involvement from the rest of the eLocal community.

Health & Wellbeing Committee

This Committee seeks to understand the types of health and wellbeing issues--physical, mental, and emotional-- impacting the eLocal community and to design and promote initiatives and policies to address those concerns.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee

The mission of the DE&I Committee is to ensure that everyone in the eLocal community feels valued and included, to celebrate our differences so that they are seen for what they are, a strength, and to promote greater understanding and compassion throughout our workforce.
